The HRES Home Inspectors’ Network offers you a tremendous opportunity to provide a valuable and lucrative service that you have not been able to provide until now!

FHA/HUD Manufactured Home Foundations: Lender requirements mandate that a manufactured home must have an engineering certification that the foundation meets federal requirements. HRES works with over 500 lenders nationwide which requires an extensive network of home inspectors to provide nationwide coverage. The inspection requires usually 10-15 minutes and you are well compensated for your time. You can earn a 50% bonus for generating local orders. You act as a field technician for HRES. You gather the data and our engineers make the determination. There is little to no liability involved. We will show you how to market this service locally to help expand your home inspection business. We provide thousands of these certificates a year and are growing rapidly. We need a reliable network of home inspectors to provide the onsite inspection service for us.

Site-Built Structural Letters: We are developing a program that will allow you to provide engineering letters for structural issues on site-built conventional housing through HRES. As with the above, you will be collecting information and HRES will be issuing the engineering letter so there is little liability here also. This can be an add-on service to your home inspection offerings and raise your visibility within the real estate and banking community.
