It
is our goal at HRES to provide the most cost-effective,
easy-to-implement solutions for the manufactured/modular housing
industry. We combine manufacturer’s requirements with regulatory
requirements (i.e., HUD) to provide foundation designs that meet any
and all design standards. Our goal is to provide designs and services
that have a minimal impact on installation and price while providing,
with the accompanying Engineering Certificate, a significant increase
in the perceived quality of the home.

Professional Experience
Paul
Hayman has over 25 years experience in the fields of residential and
light industrial construction. His experience includes: residential
building inspection, commercial building inspection, expert court
witness – engineering/construction, engineering design, code compliance
structural inspections for the city of Custer, SD, structural building
evaluations for banks, in-progress construction reports, VA structural
inspections, and structural consulting on old buildings in historic
Deadwood, South Dakota. He also owns and operates the oldest and
largest home inspection company in South Dakota.
Other Related Experience
Mr.
Hayman drafted the South Dakota Home Inspection Standards of Practice
as adopted by the South Dakota Real Estate Commission in 2001 when home
inspectors were first licensed by the state.
He has also authored, in 2005, The Idiot’s Guide to Common Household Disasters, a book in the nationally distributed Idiot’s Guide series.

Chamberlain has over 22 years of design experience, 12 years of that in
Alaska. He has been the architect-of–record on dozens of completed
projects. His expertise includes project development, project
management, architectural design and value engineering on a wide range
of projects including those listed above. He is accustomed to managing
multi-dicipline design teams during all stages of project development.
Mr. Chamberlain is an experienced and capable specifications writer and construction contract administrator.
